After your holiday booking confirmation...

CONFIRMATION:

Once we receive your deposit or full payment we will send you our property booking confirmation then we inform the property owner of your arrival date forwarding to him/her also any special requests you might have .

 

ROAD DIRECTIONS AND KEY HOLDER INFO:

With our confirmation we will also send road directions for the property, together with name and phone numbers of the key holder ( usually our representative or the property owner), the exact address of the meeting point where one of our representatives will be waiting to accompany you to the property.

 

OUR AGENT:

To guarantee THE BEST assistance for our clientele we have built a strong partnership with a British Travel Agent who has an office based in Amalfi. This travel Agent provides 24 hour assistance with local representatives (all English speaking) for all our clients, this means you will have care and the best assistance from the time of your arrival to the time of your departure. The name, contact numbers and office address of our agent will be forwarded to our clients with the booking confirmation.

 

PROPERTY KEYS:

upon your arrival, you will follow the check-in procedures. At this time you will be given one set of keys for your chosen property. Please be aware that ONLY one set of keys is available for each property.
