Check-In procedure:
- Upon your arrival, you will be checked-in from one of our representatives or from our agent at the
check-in point (NOT AT THE PROPERTY) as stated on our travel documents sent to you via email
together with the booking confirmation.
- During the check-in procedure you will be given the keys of your chosen property
- a representative will then accompany you to the apartment/villa.
- Please note that only ONE SET of keys is provided.
- At check-out, the property MUST be vacated by 10:30 am.
Late Arrival Fee

Check-in time : Between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. Please ensure to respect this timing as check-in after
eight o’clock in the evening incurs a late arrival fee of Euro 52,00 for private apartments.

REFUSAL TO PAY LATE ARRIVAL FEE WILL RESULT IN NO ACCESS INTO THE APARTMENT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY.

If we are not aware of your late arrival, please remember there will be no one to conduct your
check-in. Therefore, you will not be able to collect the keys of your chosen property, which means
that you will have to find another accommodation for the night then contact your key holder
the following morning.

If we have been informed of your late arrival, our staff will then be waiting for you after 08.00 p.m.
But as mentioned above , in this instance the late arrival fee (Euro 52,00) must be paid in cash
(any currency)upon arrival together with breakage deposit .
Holidays NO Problem would like to advise clients to have a travel insurance which will also cover
any cancellation charges.
