Completely renovated in 2000, "La Rocca" is on 2 floors. Walking down 22 steps
from the car park onto a lovely furnished terrace overlooking the dramatic rocky coastline
and the bluest/greenest waters imaginable!
Apartment Description
Entrance into a small corridor; to the left is dining-room/kitchen area with:
sofa, TV, cooker,fridge with freezer compartment, utensils and double doors
onto the furnished terrace capturing more outsanding coastal sea-views.
Opposite is shower room with cubicle bidet and W.C.

level is the handy utility room with:washing machine, iron and board with various
cleaning materials.
On the first floor the spacious double bedroom includes: double bed, large wardrobe,
dressing table, bedside tables and outstanding sea views from the
tiled balcony.
On the same floor the cosy twin bedroom includes: 2 single beds,
wadrobe,bedside units and outstanding sea views from the
tiled balcony.
Large bathroom includes: bath with hand-shower, hand wash basin,
W.C. and unit for linen, towels etc.
Car park facilities are situated along the side road close to the entrance of the
apartment. For those without car, public transport is excellent with a bus stop just
a few meters from the apartment and more along all main roads.
Out and About
A five minute walk leads to a large family run supermarket and the main square of Pogerola
is only 1 KM. from the apartment with a few shops, bars and a fabulous restaurant.
Amalfi is a mere 5 KM. away and ready to serve all of your needs... with a colorful
variety of shops, bars, restaurants, banks, Post Office and lovely tawny beaches
shelving gently into glistening turquoise waters...
