Residence Description and General Information
Originally believed to have been a paper-mill, this recently refurbished villa is perched on
the hillside of Atrani, overlooking the fishing village of Atrani and its beach.
From its front gate there is a narrow twisting road which brings one down to designated car parking.
A 10 minute drive takes you to the town of Ravello and nearest shopping area.
Spread amongst lemon groves and vines, the ten apartments are all on different levels
and variously sized. Reached by outside steps all apartments are well furnished,
with bathroom or shower room, fully equipped kitchen, most with furnished terrace
or balcony with barbecue, sea view.
These comfortably furnished apartments share a
large swimming pool with good furnishings & umbrellas, built on its own terrace
(pool size : 13.50 mt. per 4,50 m. depth 2,40 mt., min. depth 1.00 mt.),
There is also small bowling green, laundry room. Please note that
there is no telephone in this property.
Good car parking facilities are available on the grounds and since
VILLA ROSA is high above sea level, a small car is recommended
due to the narrow roads.
