Casa Pina is a graceful new two bedroom apartment of approximately 100 square meters which sleeps
four persons.
It is located at the ground floor of a country villa with independent access from the main entrance of
the property and reached by climbing 14 steps up through owners side terrace and going down 15 steps
amongst lemon groves. It has a patio on same level as the swimming pool and a gazebo equipped with table
and chairs to relax and dine outdoors. From the front and side of the apartment you can see the blue of
the sea framed by the green of the foliage of olives trees and lemon trees.
At the side and above Casa Pina there are three other apartments. Each of them has independent spaces.
The owner, a nice lady who is always glad to help her guests and who is very much respectful of their
privacy, lives upstairs.
Casa Pina is reached through a narrow and ancient country road, approximately 250 meters long.
This road was built centuries ago, when the only transportation was provided by one's own feet and
perhaps a mule. The purpose of the road was to provide a short path among the fruit trees to reach the
property. Hard to believe, the road has been left just the way it was, with its characteristic stone
wall on the edges, except for the pavement that has been improved to let a very small car go through.
While making the access to the property more difficult, this road also has assured that the area stay
free of pollution and noise, and the air is fresh and clean like in few other places. Along this very
same road the centre of Massa Lubrense can be reached in fifteen minutes by foot.
Because of the small size of the road large cars can only be parked at the large Piazza S. Francesco ,
and on Friday morning there is a street market when vehicles have to be parked a little further away.
The son of the lady who owns the property will be happy to assist you with your luggage on arrival and
departure.
The swimming pool is 4 meters large by 7.50 meters long. The pool area is equipped with chairs,
deck chairs and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by trees. The swimming pool is shared with the
other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of
October.
The apartment has new modern furniture. Entrance is from ground floor patio onto large lounge / dining
room , Open plan kitchen well equipped, one double + 1 twin bedroom, shower room with shower cubicle,
wc, lavabo and washing machine.Central heating, Tv, barbeque.
