LA TORRETTA is a recently restored, charming one bedroom villa of 80 square meters on 2 floors suitable
for 3 persons. It is surrounded by a garden cultivated with the Mediterranean vegetation typical of the
Sorrentine peninsula, and it is the ideal place to spend a peaceful and serene holiday, relaxing into
the nature.
A public swimming pool is just 50 Mt up the road and guests staying at LA TORRETTA will be entitled to a
reduction on the entry tickets. Thanks to its elevated position it offers a pleasant view.
Through the olive trees you can see the sea and the island of Capri. This famous island is only a
few miles out from Punta Campanella, the point where the Sorrentine peninsula ends.
It is located in a residential area of Massa Lubrense and has all the features of a peaceful countryside villa.
The bus stop is only 50 meters away and 300 meters from the house there are shops and restaurants.
It is also possible to arrange delivery services from shops. You don’t need a car during your stay at
LA TORRETTA but if you do have one, you can park just outside the gate.
The sea and the large beach of Marina del Cantone are about 9 Km from the house.
The house is beautiful, airy, and bright. The charming exterior spaces will enable you to enjoy great
moments of relaxation outdoors. The patio in front of the villa has a stone fountain with a pond and
it is equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs where you can relax or have dinner with the island
of Capri in the background.
The house has been decorated with care and love, it has cotto floors and is furnished in a rustic
country style, even featuring a few antiques. Entrance is from the garden into the living room with a
French size sofa bed. An almost secret mirror door into an unusual Pompeii style bathroom with a
washbasin, WC, bidet and mosaic bath tub. From the living room, up a winding wooden staircase,
you reach the double bedroom with en-suite shower room. French doors on to a furnished terrace with
sea views. The Country style kitchen / dining room, equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven,
and a refrigerator, has doors and window onto the furnished patio and garden where there is a laundry
room with a washing machine and shower.
All in all, the perfect holiday hideaway, away from busy resort life, but close enough that you can
easily have the best of both throughout the year.
