Situated in a very panoramic, peaceful, relaxing environment and surrounded by rich vegetation of typical
Mediterranean plants, flowers, fruit and olive trees, VILLA RUOPPO is an 18th Century stone farm
building wonderfully restored into 4 apartments all with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Salerno
and its isles.
Nearest shops, bus stop, etc. are in the centre of S. Agata which is approx. 3 Km away, hence we
recommend a car. There is ample parking space just through the iron gates of the property.
An above-ground swimming pool is 5/10 minutes walk through the terraced gardens. Nearby,
there is a “Fattoria”, recommended for its genuine food (own produce), with a restaurant
where breakfast is also available on request.
Apartment VETARA:
is the largest of the four apartments with entrance through approx. 12 steps from car parking area
into large furnished, shaded terrace (ideal for al fresco dining ) with beautiful sea views.
This apartment was refurbished in 2004 and is tastefully furnished.
Entrance from terrace into lounge / dining room with separate & well divided and equipped kitchen area.
Double bedroom with 2 foot balconies and sea views, twin bedroom with foot balcony & sea view,
shower room with WC etc…Washing machine, colour TV.
Sleeps maximum 4 persons.
Apartment LI GALLI:
Access to LI GALLI apartment is up a semi-circular stone stairway (approx. 20 steps) and private
large furnished terrace with views over the sea and small villages down the hillside.
Below it, there is an apartment occasionally used by owners on weekends. Entrance from terrace
into lounge/dining room with well equipped kitchen unit, single divan bed. Double bedroom with
French balcony and extensive views of the sea and green hills. Bathroom with shower, WC, etc…
Colour TV, washing machine.
Sleeps maximum 3 persons.
Apartment LICOSA:
is on the mezzanine floor of the villa, and has access through 15 steps down from car park area,
with its own designed furnished garden area just outside. Entrance into lounge / dining room
with kitchen corner, single bedroom with window onto garden, double bedroom with foot balcony
and sea views, shower room with WC etc.. This apartment was also refurbished in 2004 and is
tastefully furnished. Colour TV.
