This is a charming secluded little house near Sant’Agata with a wonderful veranda and a roof terrace with sea views. Located on the hills it would be ideal for those wanting to recharge their batteries in a cool and peaceful environment. Villa Tina is an ideal base from which to explore the rest of this splendid peninsula, especially the Amalfi Coastline with its famously know towns of Positano, Ravello, Amalfi etc.

Sant’Agata is no more than one and a half kilometres away, walking distance for most and good for essential shops and excellent restaurants, the very picturesque Marina del Cantone with its beach , is 8 kilometres distant.

Behind its double iron gates and railings there is a large fruit orchard and vegetable garden. Inside it is very Italian in ‘feel’ – its décor is light and cool and the furnishings are typically ornate and comfortable, air conditioning and central heating in both bedrooms and lounge.

The double gates reveal a short driveway to ample parking and a front courtyard. Two steps up to the furnished open veranda which runs the width of the front of the house. Front door into a corridor. Outside there is a covered laundry area with washing machine and ironing facilities. A car is recommended if you choose to stay at Villa Tina, especially during the Spring and Autumn months.
